Want to know how to choose a consultant, coach, therapist, guru, adviser, expert, advocate, guide, writer, designer, bartender, hairstylist, ok, wait, that’s all the same, right? Check their credentials, get referrals, do your homework, meet with them, and talk to their clients if possible. Along with that, make sure that they are listening to YOU. Make sure that you resonate with them and that there is a connection there. Understand that you get what you pay for and if someone has the capability of helping you help yourself to build your business, then you owe it to yourself to understand the VALUE in that when discussing price. Consulting services may not be inexpensive, but excellent consulting services are well worth the price of admission.
